How to Order

• Choose Your Item: Browse our collection and select the jewellery piece you desire.

• Select Your Colour: Use the colour chart provided for each item and choose your preferred colour.

• Add to Basket: Place your selected item into your basket.

• Sending Ashes or Hair: If your order involves ashes, send a teaspoon of ash in a small plastic envelope, clearly marked with your name and the name of the person whose ashes they are. For hair, a small pinch is sufficient and should be sent in the same way. Any unused hair or ashes will be returned.

• Ring Size: If you are ordering a ring, please provide your ring size. If you don't know your size, you can order an ashes collection pack which includes a ring sizer.

• Order a Pack: If you're concerned about getting it right,  you can order a collection pack that contains everything you need.

• Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, I will email you with further details.
